Abstract Requirements

  • The Abstract should be submitted through the online registration system.
  • Abstracts should include:
    • Study background
    • Scientific gap
    • Methodology
    • Key results
    • Conclusion
  • Word limit: 300 words

 

Presentation Guidelines

  • Indicate your preferred session for presentation.
  • All submissions will be reviewed by session chairs/co-chairs or members of the academic/local organizing committee.

 

Presentation Formats

Invited Oral Presentations
  • Plenary Speakers: 35-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
  • Speakers: 20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
  • Slide Submission: Please email your presentation slides (PPT format) to aba2026@ust.hk by January 7, 2026.
  • On-site Check: Ensure your slides are tested at the venue before your session begins.
Poster Presentations
  • Eligibility: General participants and the students may submit poster abstracts.
  • Short Talks: From these submissions, 15 short talks will be selected by the organizing committee.
  • Poster Specifications:
    • Size: 85 cm (W) × 120 cm (H)
    • Must include: Title, authors (mark presenter’s name with *), affiliation, and contact email.

  • Invitation Letters: Participants requiring a formal invitation letter should email aba2026@ust.hk.
